They are good and very skilled professional dentists, but they are super busy. Their phone rings constantly. If past reviewers can't keep their appointments on time, then, yeah, there are other people waiting for the spot. Be on time.

I had to take my niece for her appointment, and was already dreading it!! They have a great dental hygienist, Vandora- who put us at ease! She was absolutely amazing with my niece! Caring, gentle, patient and attentive. Excellent experience!

If I could leave a -0 I would. This place is extremely unorganized, inefficient, unethical and most of all lack any type of compassion.I scheduled my children's appt Aug 3rd, during the summer. An hour and 38 mins before their appt, I received a call stating the dentist had called out and my appt was being canceled. I asked for the next available appt during the summer. I was told the next appoint was 2 weeks away and would be after school had started, during school hours. Day of the appt I'm running a little behind, waiting on the kids to come from class. I call and speak to the very same desk clerk that canceled my appt on August 3rd. I made him aware I'm running a few minutes late for my 130 appt. but I'm in route and will be pulling in per my GPS at 144. He stated ok see you then. I arrive, park, get to the counter at 146. This same desk clerk then tells me, we can't see your daughter today because she's late. I respond, "we were just on the phone 3 minutes ago and you said it was fine come on." He then tells me, you confirmed you'd be here at 130, you weren't so we cant see her. I then ask, aren't I allowed a 15 minute grace period, and also explained the day my appt was swi

This office is awful! I hate having to take my children here. The office manager, Leslie has designed policies that make it impractical and nearly impossible for a single parent to get dental care for their child without compromising their job. You have to call or come in at 8 am every morning to try to make appointments for your child and they only set appointments two weeks out in advance. They are rude on the phone and in person. They make it a struggle to get an appointment and then have the nerve to criticize and remark about your child’s oral health in the appointment. The hygienist had the audacity to roast my kid about her cavities and tell her that she “should brush more”. Perhaps the worst part is that of all of the shenanigans they put you through, if your child has a missed appointment, they will suspend the child from receiving dental care for a year!! I can’t believe that is actually a policy! Like what child can control if their parent is able to bring them in or not!?? And as a parent, life happens! Sometimes we get off schedule! So my child deserves to be punished by being denied necessary dental care??? Absolutely preposterous! I wish I had other options! This est

We work in foster care and we’re required to use Molar Express unfortunately. As far as I can tell, it’s an insurance scam. An example: their policy is to do a new exam every 6 months. They did an exam for our child and told us that fillings were required. Then, they scheduled the fillings for 6 months and 1 day from that first exam. When we went to get the fillings 6 months and 1 day later they told us they had to do a new exam before any work could be done. No problem, I thought. Exam and then fillings today, then! Nope. They rescheduled the fillings for 6 months down the road. But we came here for fillings when you told us to! Sorry, they said: it’s our policy. Your appointment is 6 months and 1 day so this appointment has to be an exam only. But YOU scheduled it this way! They didn’t seem to care. Eventually one guy at the front desk told me he thought it was stupid, too. But he was just an hourly worker and had no pull over anything. Not his fault. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are a few dentists that accept Medicaid or Sunshine Health in town. Go to them.
